Strange Things Happen to Me at Night (see also Sleep Paralysis)
June 2, 2010 (via our website contact form)

This was a great opportunity to help educate a potential client. As much as we love investigating, we love
even more when people are open to logical explanations and understand that not everything is
paranormal. In this case, it was clear what the client was experiencing, so I compiled some links for her.
Even better, when I called her back a few hours after she initially contacted us, she had already done a
little research of her own and had some idea that her experiences might be related to a sleep
phenomenon. Awesome! We love proactive clients!

Question: been having strange things happen to me at night... It is as if I have a man in my bed... I can see
him, feel his weight, I can describe his face, bald head, he has a tatoo on his arm... Ect.. And I have seen
him twice he has came to me, but now I believe that someone else is tooo and I can feel the same kind of
weight, On my bed as if they are trying to wake me up then I am sooo scared I dont want to fall back asleep
in fear of having the expiernce again.. I have went to the Reg. Of deeds and got names of previous owners
with no luck... no idea where to turn.. If it is a "Real" ghost trying to come to me or just a dream? I have
contacted my psychic but he still has been unable to get me an appt... Im scared to fall asleep at night....
Please direct me...
THank you for your time

Answer (provided as follow up to a phone conversation): It was great talking to you. Here are a few
links on Sleep Paralysis (you might also check out youtube.com and do a search, I saw one compelling clip
of a woman who was "stuck" in sleep paralysis - freaky!). What you describe sounds exactly like this.
Unnerving and frightening, absolutely. But not likely paranormal.

That being said, contact us any time if you have any questions or if you feel that there is something there
that can't be explained by sleep paralysis. And thanks for getting in touch with us and visiting our website!
